XIVLauncher is a custom launcher for FFXIV that offers a number of benefits, including faster launching, saved credentials, and automatically injecting Dalamud into the game.

Dalmud is the Plugin loader, not the game launcher. XIVLauncher will continue to work as it seems on discord and being able to patch the game. Just dalamud will take time until it works again.

Navigate to the "Plugins (Dalamud)" tab and select "Enable Dalamud". The "Entrypoint" option should be left unselected for now. Unless you are experiencing issues, the Delay should be left as the default value. Launch the game and you should see the Dalamud menu appear on the left.
