Often people wonder what it’s like on any given day for a VA. So here’s a bit of what life was like today at SWSVA Headquarters!🔵 Round trip to the international airport🔵 Arrived at my office just after 5:15am🔵 Began the day processing student enrolments for a client🔵 Moved onto reconciling Xero for Multiple Clients🔵 Began Migration of a brand new website for a returning client🔵 Moved onto website updates for another client🔵 Processed program applications for another client and then researching platform usage by our 20k plus online users🔵 Packed some online sale orders and ordered more stock from suppliers🔵 Booked in stock for the warehouse and made some stock adjustments🔵 Sat with a client to type up some documents he needed completed quickly 🔵 Assisted another client with collating documents for his accountant 🔵 Scheduled some social media content🔵 Booked in appointments for new potential clients🔵 Went to suppliers to pickup orders🔵 Ended the day at Camden Council for a post Anzac Day event debrief with the Events team.This is just one day! Yes one day! We can multitask to our hearts content! Today wouldn’t have happened without the assistance of multiple cups of coffee (4 to be exact).
